For an Agency to manage a property, an agreement/contract stipulating the terms of management is signed by the parties. To add a property you need to first add a landlord. If you had created the landlord you start by searching for the landlord then add the property under the landlord's account. If the landlord owns multiple properties, add all the properties under the one landlord account.
