Setting Automated Reminder SMS To Tenants

We do have three sets of standard sms templates for automation reminders to tenants;

1. Short Reminder sms : are the best course of action in cases where the tenant has simply missed a payment and little time has passed.Sending short reminder sms will get their attention and, if they honestly forgot, will likely cause them to clear the debt as soon as possible.

The content under short reminder sms,will always indicate the sum is due for payment since the due date period has elapsed.,here is a sample of a short reminder sms;

[Dear Mr Harold Mtsonga}, your rent for tenant a/c 000107-01 is due. Kindly pay Ksh 108,000.00 due on 1st and deadline is on 5th. Thanks.]

 

2.Detailed Reminder sms: Is  similar to short reminder sms but its further breaks down into more details on the payment which is due as the the item described and giving the total outstanding balance.

Below is a sample of the detailed reminder sms;

[ Dear Mr Harold Mtsonga, your a/c 000107-01 is in arrears: Rent For January 2023 250.00, Rent For February 2023 12,000.00, Total: Ksh 12,250.00 due. Thanks]

 

3.Demand for Payment sms: This is where it gets serious. These SMS messages are basically the final line of communication as companies inform their clients that they are going to add  more charges(penalty) or legal action with a stipulated period of time.

Below is a sample of Demand for payment sms;

Dear Mr Harold Mtsonga, Clear your balance of Ksh 12,250.00 due TODAY to avoid unnecessary inconveniences and further penalties. Inquiries: M: 0777955961

Editing  allows you to make necessary changes, updates or correct mistakes that were made , the process have been broken down into several steps for easier management and to enhance more security.

How to schedule the sets of standard sms templates;

This is where you are going to write the time ,date and month on when to send the SMS and  then the platform send them out on that specific date and time.
